Upgrade Spring version to 6

-> As Spring 5 has lots of vulnerabilities requesting to upgrade to Spring 6.

-> For the vulnerabilities we already have fixed them on the latest versions (as they are in 13.4.14v) and informed the same.

->  From https://issues.onehippo.com/browse/CMS-15286 We are able to see Spring 6 requires Java 17.

-> Do we have any plans on upgrading the Spring versions in the next CMS upgrade?
