Content Blocks nested blocks need label and be collapsible

When using content blocks, especially when there are block nested within the compounds in the first block, it can become difficult to see where compounds begin and end. Blocks should have a label and be collapsible. This is actually covered by the property showCompoundNames, but this has to be set in the console and is not inherited. Ideally this should be set in the document type editor and should be inherited in included compounds, no matter how deep the nesting goes.
