Document type editor bugs/improvements

• the editor does not indicate what type a field is once it is added. Have to view the JCR structure to figure that out. Especially annoying when compounds are being used.
• sporadic bugs like unticking optional does not enable required, typically fixed with a hard refresh
• multiple and ordered both ticked, untick multiple >> ordered remains ticked but disabled, it's confusing
• create new doc type, Save + Commit >> the icon remains uncommitted, fixes itself if another doc type is clicked
• hard to reproduce but sometimes the page will become unresponsive and throws exceptions like ERROR http-nio-8080-exec-2 [SwallowExceptionMapper.mapUnexpectedExceptions:35] Unexpected error occurred
