Confirm 15.x is compatible/runnable with Java 17

Compile and run 15 archetype on Java 17
Run the demo project (https://code.bloomreach.com/marketing/br-sites/public-demo) locally on 17

• this is just a check, we are not going to fix any findings 
• create tickets for findings for later, if we want to upgrade Java version to 17
