Date (display) format should take into account user selected timezone and not UTC

The campaign schedule date is in UTC. It doesn't make sense to display the time in UTC to an editor. It makes more sense to display the time according to the (selected) time zone.

Campaign schedule is stored with start date 05/07/2019 10:00 PM UTC and end date 05/14/2019 9:59 PM UTC

Also change the font size of the text to the standard 14px.
