Search bar for Component Variant drop down field in Visual Editor

There is no search bar for the variant field when a component is selected for editing in Experience Manager. Client finds it cumbersome to scroll through the entire list and is requesting that we create a search bar.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to the demo site and select 'Rich Text Snippet' component

     2. You will find that there is no search bar for the Variant field
