hst-core.tld has orphaned text

hst-core.tld has text that seems to be in the wrong place. On lines 257/258 there is text that seems to be meant for a description tag, but it isn't in a specific tag. There is a description below it that has similar text. This has been in the tld for 8 years, but the file does not load on Wildfly.
