Description

This ticket includes the back-port of the following features

Managing enabling/disabling of external preview and regenerating the token on channel settings page in channel manager

Adding the preview button to the channel manager toolbar

Adding a new sub menu to 'Page' menu to copy page preview url on channel manager. the design document is https://www.figma.com/file/IHB1ozVc5yjLVe7OH6Psir/Preview-outside-of-EM?node-id=1414%3A19049 which is implemented with a different way from the SaaS version. In SaaS, it is in page info dialog.
