Add segments sorting in component dialog

Currently there is no sorting in segment dialog  (see attached screenshots).
(I had a quick check and it looks like items are returned from a hashmap, without any ordering applied) 

Client request:
"At a minimum, sorting the list as it appears in the Content Audiences panel would be helpful."

EDIT:
I haven't tested it myself but this seems to be a regression issue (v13 had some kind of alphabetical sorting)
