Link picker is broken in Create content panel in Experience manager

Steps to reproduce:

https://hap-15-1.eng02.bloomreach.cloud/cms

1. Login and Navigate to HAP channel
2. Select 'content' from the menu
3. Click on + at the bottom of the page
4. Create content panel opens on the right side of the panel
5. Click on Search in 'Document Location'

Actual: Link picker doesn't open and throw error
Cannot create property 'rootPath' on string '/content/documents/hap/content'

Expected:Link picker should open and you should be able to select location
