Visual editor to support read only field and respect the mode=view on the namespace

We faced with the issue  of edit content in Experience Manager perspective.

The field that is marked as Read Only (mode: view) can be edited thru the Experience Manager.

Note: Documents are available for editing in Experience Manager perspective as they are XPages
