[14.7] Document workflow icons don't show properly anymore

    Description

      Post upgrading from version 14.7.5. to 14.7.6. icons on workflow enabled documents in the CMS are missing.

      The source upon inspecting in browser shows that there is an icon for 'offline' or 'live' documents but the coloured icon is just not showing.

       

      Expected behaviour:

      The coloured icons should display as prior to v14.7.6, reference v14.7.5 where the functionality is working as desired.
