Open UI - Bynder interstitial auth window does not load

In the Content SaaS sandbox and demo environments, when using the Bynder Open UI plug-in, the interstitial authentication window does not load and has the title "about:blank#blocked".

Steps to reproduce:

1. log into one of the sandbox environments [details below]
2. navigate to the content perspective and open or create a banner document in the Pacific Home > Banners folder
3. in the content editing view, click the "+ Demo Bynder Image" button to select Bynder as the asset repository and click the 'Select asset(s)" button to open the Bynder modal window
4. in the Bynder modal window, enter "https://bloomreach.getbynder.com" as the portal domain and click the "Connect" button to connect to the repository

Expected behavior: the Bynder login interstitial window opens and checks for a valid login token. if not available, the interstitial window displays a login form. upon login, or if the user is already logged in, the interstitial window closes and the Bynder compact view is displayed within the Bynder modal window.

Actual behavior: the Bynder login interstitial window opens with the title "about:blank#blocked" and does not allow the user to continue.
