Enable UI indicator showing number of items in a folder without pagination in Content Perspective

The BrXM best practice is 

"Please note that for performance reasons it is not recommended to have more than 100 items (document, folders) within one folder. It is better to use folder hierarchy to limit the number of items per folder. See How to structure your content for more information."

Even this is available as a best practice, the UI indicator showing the number of items in a folder is not out of the box. It only available when the pagination is available in the content perspective. 

Requirements

• Make UI indicator(check the screenshot) showing the number of items in a folder available out of the box without pagination.
• When the folder view is narrow, the UI indicator can be hidden.
