Compound fields are not visible in Visual editor until edited in Content editor

Steps: 

1. Create dev project including the doc type
2. Add channel to the project
3. Navigate Content->Document types
4. Edit existing document/compound type
5. Add 'Resource' field/any compound field and save
6. Navigate to project, channel
7. Page(where the doc type is present)-> Add to project
8. Open document/x-component(edited in step 4) in visual editor
9. Edit content/component in right side panel

Actual: Newly added fields are not visible in visual editor(right side panel)

Expected: Newly added fields are visible in visual editor(right side panel)

Note: 

•  This issue is for all compound fields and not primitive fields
• Once the document is edited in content editor, then the compound fields are visible in Visual editor      

Note: This issue is reproducible in saas and paas. Steps to reproduce will be different for paas.
