ChannelStore doesn't apply all data when constructing icon path

 We claim following: 

"The example above uses the placeholders ${type} and ${region}. All fields of the class org.onehippo.cms7.services.hst.Channel can be used, e.g. : id, name, type, locale, hostname."

Channelstore class is actually never populating above mentioned values and only populates "type" and "region" values.

Solution: 

• Make sure  there is nothing wrong with the implementation of the Channelstore class for icons

-If not, update the documentation according to the code.
