Add bloomreach.cloud host configuration to the Bloomreach Cloud Essentials plugin

Auto configuration was added to the Bloomreach Cloud plugin in ESSENTIALS-1261 and removed in CMS-12991 as the auto host configuration was removed and replaced with the option to use property expansion. Re-add the plugin and use the properties set BRC stacks/namespaces
