Bump Swagger from 1.5.15 to 1.6.2

While updating CXF/Jackson to 2.11.x found that Swagger 1.5.x is not compatible with the updates. Although backport of the CXF/Jackson update is not yet planned best to already update Swagger to avoid issues at a later time or if a project uses newer dependencies
