User management improvements

For audit purposes / questions related to SOC1 audits for example, clients need to disclose some user information which is hard to find/export in current UI.
Following improvements are suggested:

1. Have filters in the CMS user management screen to filter based on the Active indicator, group, profile etc…
2. Last login details in Console and CMS user management screen
3. Export (pdf, excel or csv) functionality of user lists from console and CMS user management screen to include all data that is already included in those records to include but not be limited to

• Last login
• Groups/profiles, etc..
• Active or not
• Email
• Name

This could also be implemented as a custom plugin/perspective.
