Name of menu item is missing when trying to delete

User story:

As a user trying to delete a menu in a translated brXM instance, I should see the correct title

Description

When trying to delete a menu item, the name of the menu item should appear inside single quotes. For

Dutch users, it is missing and only one single quote appears:

 For German users, it does appear but is missing a single quote at the beginning:

English, French and Spanish work fine in our demo environment. (Simplified) Chinese does not have translated labels for most of the button in this area anyway, not sure if that is intentional. 

Customer reports it in 12.6 and 13.4, I reproduced in our demo environment in 14.6.0
