In version panel, display edit, schedule and restore buttons when user hovers on the version block

Story
As a user of the experience manager I expect to quickly edit the published version and being able to schedule something without first having to click the version

Acceptance criteria
1) In version panel, display edit, schedule and restore buttons when user hovers on the version block
