Show appropriate message/indication of locked document/page when user logs in after session timeout

If the visual editing sidepanel is open for a document or page when the user logs out due session timeout or error, the document / page remains locked.
When logging in again the user doesn't notice the lock, except when navigating to the Content perspective (where the doc/page is open). 

Solution:

• On logging in point out any lock(s) to the user by either:
  • Showing a message
  • Listing the locked documents & pages (as links) on the Home page
  • Navigating to the Content perspective automatically
