Primary Document and page link should work with Dynamic Components

The list of primary documents [1] is not filled based on dynamic components [2].
So in case of a page with all dynamic components, it's not possible to select a document as primary document.

Details

• have a dynamic component using the 'jcrpath' type parameter, pick a document on it
• that document isn't showing in the list for primary documents

Additionally

• linking to a document when that document is referenced by a dynamic component results in a "page not found" link, while referencing the same document on the same page by a normal component works as expected.
