Drag and drop focus is inconsistent for compound fields within content block in Visual Editor

Steps:

1. Go to Experience manager > Hippo Acceptance Project
2. Click on xmas tree document
3. Use edit content button to edit document
4. In the right side panel scroll down to Interviews, which is a choice filed (Real Estate and Employee are already added)
5. Add few compound fields(Real Estate/Employee) from Interviews 
6. Drag and drop up/down

Expected Behaviour:
Highlight/focus the dragged compound field

Actual Behaviour: 
Sometimes the focus is shifting to other sibling compound fields 

Note: The issue is inconsistent, so you might want to try it a few times to replicate the issue
