[backport 15.0 - Regression] Notification banner doesn't show scheduled (de)publication

    Description

      Steps to reproduce (on hap-saas)

      • Open an experience page in the CM
      • Schedule take offline or Schedule publication using its Page menu

      Expected result:
      Notification banner shows date & time for the scheduled publication/ scheduled take offline

      Actual result:
      Notification banner contents doesn't change: it shows the page as live or offline 

      Perhaps this is caused by CMS-14180
