OpenUI: allow binding with "dynamic components"

"Because we have components that only add a value to a page where another merge them together with a external system. Having to create a document where this OpenUI can live in we would like to use them straight within the component itself"

Also, for the use case where there are multiple fields - e.g, one connectorId dropdown, two OpenUI picker fields for product ID selection and product variant ID selection - the OpenUI API should support reading other component parameter values in the editing state, similarly to CMS-12058 (which was for document field extension).
