Visual Editor does not respect read-only folders

In a client case where

• folders are made read-only for certain users using domain rules
• in the Visual Editor such folder is picked as target folder to create content in

Actual: content editor creates draft documents that can't be saved/published.
Expected is that is not possible to create content in that folder.
