Visual Editor supports Taxonomy Picker

As a user, I want to have taxonomy field available in Experience manager right hand side panel while I'm editing a document or a page with taxonomy so that I can open picker and select taxonomy terms in the experience manager without going back to content perspective.

Add support for the taxonomy picker in the experience manager side bar.
Story
As a user adding taxonomies / metadata to a document, an experience page or component I would like to edit taxonomies in the visual editor in stead of in the content perspective to quickly add relevant metadata.

Acceptance criteria
1) A user can select and add the correct taxonomies through a picker in the visual editor without leaving the experience manager
2) A user can inspect the taxonomy tree structure within the visual editor
