Option to transform an existing document into an index document

Add an option in the content perspective and Experience Manager to transform an existing document into an index document, i.e. moved to a subfolder of the same name (+ URL name) an renamed to 'index' (on behalf of the _index_ feature, see [1]).

The goal is to have a more convenient workflow for editors. Now, to create an index document out of an existing document, an editor has to:

• unpublish the existing document
• create a new folder with the old URL
• move the page into the folder
• change its URL to 'index'
• publish the document

If this could be a single step option it would help editors with an easier workflow.
