Make sure that the document type and page location match in the New page sidepanel

What document type can be used for a new page depends of the folder that is selected as Page location and vice versa.

Check the validity of both as implemented for the new content sidepanel in CMS-15267

As an editor or author, when I'm creating a new experience page, I want the selected location to match with the selected document type so that I can create the new page in the allowed folder.

Requirements - the requirements are to summarize please follow the similar behavior applied in CMS-15267

• During folder location selection check if the selected document type is allowed in folder and disable OK button in picker if it s not allowed/ Enable it when a valid location is selected.
• If the Document type is changed after selecting the location, check that the selected folder allows that document type.
• If not, throw error on the Document location field: 'Documents of the selected document type are not allowed in this location'. 
• In addition: the combination of the document type and location that is selected by default could be invalid already. So the check should also be done either on Next (resulting in an error on the document location field if the combination is invalid). 

We already have error behavior available in the right side panel, we can apply the same. I'm attaching an ss of the current behavior
