There should be a notification banner message if an XPage is locked by the user

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as author
2. Go to the XPage in the HAP channel
3. Edit the content (Page -> Content)
4. Make a modification in the title, but don't save it
5. Sign out
6. Login again as author and go to that XPage

Actual result:

The XPage is locked by the user, but no indication of it. Because of this you cannot request (de) publication

Expected result:

There is a notification banner message:
"Page 'Simple Document XPage' : <status>, locked by you" in red
