Case:

1. When you are looking at branch 'foo' in the CM,
2. And the document is not branched yet for 'foo'
3. And there is no published version for 'core' and geen draft

then clicking on 'content' or 'versions' menu item results in a 404

Reproduction

1. create a project foo + channel
2. Go to channel mgr to 'foo'
3. Copy an xpage document (now there is only a unpublished core version)
4. Click in the context of channel 'foo' on Content or Versions --> 404
