Add flattened pom to gitignore

A bunch of `.flattened-pom.xml` files end up in git version history when you build the HAP and switch from release/saas to release/14.4. They were ignored by git in release/saas, they should be ignored in other branches as well to prevent accidentally commiting these generated files when switching branches.
