Inconsistency when clicking on the select document button from manage content in an SPA channel

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to an SPA channel
2. Hover over the edit content button
3. Click on the _select content **_button

Expected result:

The banners folder is opened

Actual result:

The root folder is opened.

According to me it should open the banners folder. The same as when you click on the component and select a document.
