Info panel in component properties sidepanel should be displayed at the top of the variant panel instead of at the bottom

1. Open the sidepanel for a component
2. Navigate to another page:

An info panel is displayed in the sidepanel, but it is positioned at the bottom of the variants panel instead of at the top (see attached screenshot).
