Take offline does not work for an xpage

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to an XPage document

2. Page -> Content

3. Page -> Take offline

Expected result:

The document is taken offline

Actual result:

**The document is not take offline.

There is a toast message:Failed to take page 'Simple Document XPage' offline: the status of this document has changed
