Accept button Page action is not working in the Channel manager

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as author
2. Go to an XPage in the Experience manager
3. Request to take offline
4. Login as editor
5. Go to the XPage from step 2
6. Accept the request from the Page actions

Expected result:

The request is accepted.

Actual result:

The reject request dialog is opened.
