User selected SPA url not used for rendering a channel

Reproduction (with saas project)

• create a development project and add the channel
• click the channel settings icon and fill in a project SPA url. Also select PROJECT radio
• click channels menu item
• click the one and only channel -> Core project selected and rendered with Channel SPA url
• Select your Project

Expect: preview is rendered using the Project SPA URL

Actual: preview is rendered using the Channel SPA URL

It seems that the hst does not update the channel when project is selected.
