Add versioning menu items and workflows to the document type editor in brX SaaS

On document type editor, to be able to support versioning as defined in the technical design document, versioning workflows should be integrated with the document type editor.  Currently content type SCXML definition has already the logic of versioning&restoring document types. We only need to apply related workflow plugins to the document type editor.
