Handle changing a field from multiple to single in brX SaaS

On document type editor, going from single to multiple has an obvious automatic behaviour, and we just need to ensure that it is the actual behaviour for content beans and both editor GUIs. Going from multiple to single would involve data loss, so we should consider adding a warning of some kind.
