Various advanced search layout issues

1. When in the Search perspective and clicking perform action the dropdown is appearing under the wrong heading

Description: When in the Search perspective and clicking perform action the dropdown is appearing under the wrong heading

Steps to reproduce:

• Open the Search perspective
• Click "Perform Action"

Actual result

The dropdown appears under "Schedule Publication"

2. The dropdown under schedule publication on the Search page doesn't look correct

• Open the search perspective
• Click "Schedule Publication"

Actual result

The layout is broken as the dropdown overlaps the schedule publication CTA

3. Schedule Publication CTA is becoming overlapped by Show Report CTA

1. Open the Search perspective
2. Select any document
3. Publish it or take it offline

Actual result
"Schedule Publication" becomes overlapped by "Show Report"

Expected result
"Schedule Publication" is fully visible as in v13
