Show revisions tab when adding an xpage to a project after viewing content via Page menu instead of only showing content tab

Reproduction

• Create a new xpage document "XP Document"
• Create a new project "p"
• Associate channel C with project "p"
• View "XP Document" in channel C
• Switch to project "p"
• Open "XP Document for editing" ( via the page menu )
• Choose to associate the document with project "p"

Current situation

• The visual editor is shown without the revision tab

Desired situation

• The visual editor shows the revisions tab, the content tab is selected.

Workaround

If a user opens "content" from the Page menu again, both tabs are visible.
