Change label and margins of '+ Add' FAB button

Love this button, but as it doesn’t have a dropdown with multiple options and its only function is to create a page, it should say '+ Page' instead of '+ Add'

Also, the margins on the button do not comply with the design styleguide:
5px left of the icon
2px between icon and label
16px to the right of the label
