Inconsistent labels in New page sidepanel

Labels for fields in New page sidepanel do not match the labels in the dialog for creating a new xpage in the Content perspective;

'Page type' and 'Layout template' in the New page sidepanel should be 'Document type' and 'Page layout' respectively.

Note: as there's already a label freeze, reuse the labels that were defined for the dialog in the content perspective
