Notification bar mentions 'for project '<project name>: ...' for xpages that are not part of the project at all

This should only be the case for xpages that are actually part of the project (have a project version of the document and appear on the Project's content tab).

For xpages that are NOT part of the project, the notification bar should mention the state of the Core document
