include .gitignore file in the archetype

Talking with both US and EMEA tct/sa teams, we identified an improvement that is impossible to hurt and can only help.

Include a .gitignore file in the default archetype.

There's no downside, and it gives a huge majority of our users a jumpstart on proper git repo management.
