Navigation by version doesn't work for non default channels

Scenario to reproduce in HAP:

1. Open CMS console and create 'hap' node under /hst:hap/hst:hosts/dev-127.0.0.1/127.0.0.1/hst:root.
2. Set properties: hst:alias=hap, hst:mountpoint=/hst:hap/hst:sites/hap and empty same properties for /hst:hap/hst:hosts/dev-127.0.0.1/127.0.0.1/hst:root node
3. Go to Hippo Acceptance Project channel, and created several version for Experience page.
4. Perform version navigation using the right-side panel.

Problem: page not found

Expected result: version navigation works fine.

Note that each click on version adds channel id to the URL: http://127.0.0.1:9080/site/_cmsinternal*/hap/hap/hap/hap*/landing/simple-document-xpage.html?org.hippoecm.hst.container.render_host=127.0.0.1&br_version_uuid=10240884-6561-4814-a76e-ca581c31d38a
