You cannot move components after version restore

Steps to reproduce:

• Precondition: Have many versions for an XPage document

1. Go to the XPage document with versions
2. Select a version
3. Restore that version

Expected result:

After restore, components are outlined, and you can move them

Actual result:

Components are not outlined, even though the button for component outline is selected. You need to exit the channel and re-enter for them to be displayed (see screenshot)
