Sometimes admin gets an error when trying to enter the HAP channel

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as admin

2. Go to the HAP channel

Expected result:

Everything works normally

Actual result:

Cannot enter edit mode toast message is shown. The channel contents are not displayed
