Synchronise the Page sidepanel with the page displayed in CM

If the right sidepanel is opened for a page, and the user navigates to another page, then the sidepanel is updated to show the Content and Versions of that other page.

In case of navigating to an hst page (that has no Contents or Versions to show), the sidepanel remains open but shows a panel with a message (like for components that have no editable properties):
'No page content or version history available for this page'

Note: if Tools are integrated into the xpage sidepanel, then for a hst page only the Tools would show (and no message is necessary)
